Best of the best plain and simple! Everyone from the office staff to the techs are amazing to work with! I run a retirement home and they were able to do their job without disrupting my residents, they didn't even know there was anything going on in the building. 10/10 service special thanks to Jose one of their techs for going above and beyond for us getting the reconstruction done literally in 3 days !

We have been working with Mitch Pinsky and Evan Potter and couldn’t be happier, they have been great. Having a flooded basement is hard but they have made it easier for us. I would definitely recommend them.

All I want to say is Mitch Pinsky is by far the best ever!!!!! I was so worked up after having my flood until I got a call from Mitch. He was so helpful. I called him over 100 times and each time he answered and explained to me the process and told me not to worry. He was such a great spirit and I think he’s a huge asset to the company. Having someone to like Mitch during one of the most difficult times in your life is all a customer needs. From here on out I’ll also use Puroclean for my mitigation needs but will make sure I contact Mitch. Mitch I appreciate you and I thank you SO much! You are the best!!!

Mindi Newman and her team at PuroClean are awesome! Mindi is professional, knowledgeable, honest and caring, and so is her team! I recently contacted Mindi about a damp smell in the basement of one of my clients who listed her home with me. Mindi immediately contacted Steve at Puroclean, who came to my client’s home to assessed the situation. My client was pleasantly surprised to learn that she did not have a mold problem. He advised her on what she needed to do to fix the issue herself. Saving her thousands of dollars on removing the carpeting and buying and installing new carpet. I will always recommend Mindi and Puroclean when disaster strikes!

We took almost 2 feet of water in our unfinished basement and the PuroClean crew arrived in less than 2 hours. Pumped us out, washed the walls, and disinfected everything. Left 6-7 powewrful fans for three days and then picked them up. Most satisfied, thanks to Tony, Israel and his crew.
